This is a Head of HR role for Japan (5 subordinates)
HR Strategic Partnerships for Internal Stakeholder
Manage HR Strategic Partnerships for internal clients with HR Business Partners such
As Executive/Client Relationship Managements with Internal Stakeholders (Head of
Function, People Managers)
Daily coaching and educations for internal clients throughout HR transactions with people managers.
WFP and Demand Analysis for Organization Development
Performance Management & Talent Management
Employee Relations

HR Project Managements
Understands business requirements from internal clients and comes up with the project plans to solve the challenges around staffing processes.
Implements HR projects and ensures all of project actions will be completed within the required timeframes and delivers the project outcomes by the given dues

Talent Acquisition
Provides adhoc supports for talent acquisition.
Facilitates decision makings for the selections of talents with hiring managers and HR business partners and Talent Acquisition Specialist
People and Change Management for HR team
Manage HR team and provide the daily coaching for HR executives when it comes to HR actions and priorities and develop their capabilities for the business demands. Manage the changes in HR team and HR processes for business and regulatory requirements

Professional Experiences as Business/HR Consultant or HR Professional:
8-20 year experiences as Business/HR Consultant or HR professional in global companies.
Strong business acumen with Business Partnerships
Capability to resolve possible Employee Relationship challenges, when required
Communication skills:
Language: Verbal, written and writing Fluency in both English and Japanese
Strong communication skills to establish the collaborative working relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
Strong Business Acumen to understand business demands and establish the value chains between Business and HR.
Project Management capabilities to take leads in cross-functional initiatives.
Multi-cultural perspective to manage diversities within the organizations
