職務内容 - The Position:
This is a People Operations Coordinator ||人事オペレーションコーディネーターposition.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are
looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that
are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways
to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable
partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high
tenacity in challenging situations.

日常業務の一部 –Some of daily tasks:
 Collaborate with global People Operation team to ensure clear process (Icl. Payroll, Recruiting)
 Lead recruitment activities including on/off-board process
 Provide operational support for internal mobility (lcl. ServiceDesk, Workday)
 Provide HR administrative support for both employees and People team
 Support employee performance programs and development initiatives.
 Responsible for People system data input with high degree of accuracy
 Support People operations Team growth by collaborating with global people Operations teams
 Assist Japan Office Recruitment activities (lcl. sourcing, interviewing)

必要なスキル・経験-Key Skills needed
 Interested in HR, highly self-driven
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
 Problem solving skills, high adaptability, attention to details
 Wiliness to learn about new technologies (lcl. Workday, ServiceDesk)
 No HR experience is acceptable
 4‐Year University Degree is preferable
