Job Description
As a member of the C&B team, you will be in charge of payroll vendor control (monthly to yearly).
Salary, bonus, retirement allowance calculation, year-end adjustment, etc., operations related to salaries
, vendor control
, business improvement proposals and its process management
, internal inquiries related to salaries, etc.
Requirements
Payroll Vendor Management experience
Corporate insurance experience
Fluent Japanese / Business English
