Job Description

This is a C&B Specialist role:
Support C&B Consulting manager through;
 Gather appropriate data for compensation and benefit survey
 Provide appropriate data to update salary structure
 Maintains local benefits policies/programs
 Collaborate with FP&A and other HR functions to ensure smooth operations of
sales incentive and variable payment activities.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retirement Plan management
Incentive Plan calculation
Remuneration and Benefit Survey
LTI Operation
Local benefits policies/programs Operation
Benefits Plans administration
Employees Query Handling
Entity Integration Project Support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese labor law, social security system and tax
regulations.
Knowledge of benefits programs (Pension, Group Insurance, etc.)
English will be an added advantage.
