Job Description
Design, implement, execute project to promote corporate growth alongside partners in senior management
Organize timely financial disclosure information for internal and external review
Execute due diligence and PMI support in M & A deals
Requirements
Ability to set goals and work towards them independently
Experience in consultation work or practical experience in organizational restructuring and/or M&A
Working experience in English
