職務内容 - The Position:
This is a Recruiter || 人事採用担当 position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
仕事内容- Daily task
• Working with cross functional stakeholders to support hiring strategy.
• Collaborating with PR team to drive employer branding initiatives.
• Managing and improving the overall process of recruitment activities including job posting, directing sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding, etc.
• Planning and delivering manager training regarding interviews.
• Other tasks related to HR.
• 社内外の各部門担当と連携し、会社の採用施策についての企画立案
• 社内関係部署とエンプロイヤーブランディングを推進
• 採用から入社までのプロセスの管理改善(求人票の作成、ダイレクトリクルーティング、候補者とのコミュニケーション、面接の実施、内定交渉、オンボーディングなど)
• 採用に関する必要なトレーニングの計画実施
• その他、人事の多領域の業務(詳細は応相談)

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Over 2 years of working experience as an in-house recruiter or agency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese, and net-working internally and externally.
• Promptness, proactive, result oriented, value team work ability to gather & assess relevant information, time management.
• Ability to analyses a situation, learn and use new IT tools
• Able to have solid understanding in business, value and company culture.

Preferred
• Recruiting experience in engineer
• Love challenge and develop skills in other area of HR
• Experience in working on HR project
• 2年以上の事業会社または人材エージェント会社での採用業務経験
• 高い日本語と英語コミュニケーション能力を持ち社内外と良好な関係構築ができる
• 責任感を持って自発的に考え行動し結果に結びつけることができる、チームワークの考え方を理解し、実行できる
• 状況を分析する能力と新しいITツールや手法を学び、使いこなす能力特にMS Excel)

• エンジニアの採用経験
• チャレンジ精神が強くて、採用以外の人事業務に携わったご経験, マネジメントへの興味・関心
• プロジェクトを成し遂げた経験がある
