職務内容 - The Position:
This is an HRGA Manager position.
The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening Japan's HR functions in ways that are both simple and effective. As the HRGA Manager, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage with the employees base in Japan via collaborating with the Head of HR in Japan as well as global HR teams to deliver a global One HR service. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.
Your typical day looks like this:
- Acting as an advisor in compensation and benefits process management, collaborating with payroll vendors to ensure accurate monthly payments.
- Deliver Japan's local HR services including HR policy, HR system management, and employee work regulations.
- Support on employee lifecycle including onboarding process and skills development to ensure good employee experience and performance.
- Partner with global HR and core stakeholders in delivering One HR service to Japanese employees.
- Be an ambassador to drive recognition of corporate culture and company values to enhance employee engagement.
- Support the Head of HRGA manages other tasks related to office administration.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven successful record as HR professional both in strategic and operation side, especially in compensation and benefits area.
- Proven successful achievement as a business partner in providing insight from human resource perspective for business goals.
- Experience in global companies and welcome pharmaceutical industry background.
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
