■Before joining RGF Professional Recruitment Japan
As a new grad, I joined a large apparel company and did administrative work, overlooking the hiring, training, evaluation, and management of workers. There, I became aware of how each person can help an organization grow.
My previous workplace, an HR VC, specialized in running HR-related web & media services and events, putting great effort in corporate sales, new businesses, marketing, internal recruitment, and employee training.
After the first wave of recruitment ended, I decided to join RGF because I wanted to take on the challenge of matching people’s strengths with companies and help both companies and individuals grow.
■What I currently do at RGF
At RGF PR Japan, the teams are divided according to the type of job and industry. I currently specialize in the IT sector, handling professionals like system engineers.
I do my best to understand the needs of the client while capturing the rapidly changing technology industry. When speaking with candidates who are hoping to change careers, I make an effort to carefully listen to their stories to understand their values and desired career direction.
Then, I try to introduce companies with a mission and vision that matches the candidate so they can share a 5-10 year future together.
■My future plans
I would like to hopefully work on a unique job offer for a new and innovative industry and work on an extraordinary project from a top-class company.
I would like to do my best as a professional to make others feel reassured so they could entrust me with these kinds of special requests.
I also hope to help job seekers put their best foot forward and connect them with as many suitable opportunities as I can.

I think RGF’s strength is effective teamwork among people from different backgrounds, nationalities, and ages.
It is a very open work environment – if you have any questions, you can talk to anyone in the company.
