Job Description
This position is responsible to develop and implement marketing strategy and product portfolio for the global market.
The overall objective is to pro-actively sell company's products and leads the company as the market leader in the segment.

- Hands-on interactive sales activities for existing markets/projects
- Develop and implement sales &marketing strategy and brand strategy
- Analyze targeted markets trends/opportunities, develop strategies and tactics for successful market penetration
- Develop strong internal relationships/connections with R&D team, QA, production other related teams
- Represent company brand with the utmost integrity and professionalism

-University degree or equivalent
-Strong knowledge with existing network in medical market segments
-Proven track record for global sales & marketing in a multinational company
-Strategic, analytical, logical and conceptual strengths
-Proven track record in team / project management, managing complex business projects in different locations and cultures
-Strong negotiation and communication skills (Internally / Externally)
-People engagement, ability to convince and provide solutions in a teamwork environment
-Self-driven, open and positive mindset with experience in international and cross-cultural business environment
-Fluent in Japanese and English (Business level)
-Flexible to substantial travel (international)
