Contract Management

• Contract reviews
• Legal consultation from each department and management / Lawyer's office
• Contract filing

Internal Control System Management

• Office / in-house rules
• Governance / approval / decision-making control

Administration Management

• Reception management (phone / parcel / mails)
• Travel arrangement / management (hotel / flight / visas/ accommodations)
• Support foreign employees on business trip in Japan
• Office supplies
• Company car
• Invoice handling
• Internal events / meeting / workshop arrangement support

Requirements
• More than 5 years of wide range of General Affair experience
• Native level Japanese and Business level English
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working in an international company
