Job Description
CRM is the one of the company strategy which expected to drive the Repeat purchase, Reactivation, and Acquisition. This role requires to lead the member repeat and reactivation through personalized communication, target the customers with leveraging consumer DB, test and learn, finetune the contents and targeting. This role covers all communication channel for members, not limited to Email, LINE, and App.

Requirements
・5 years + experience in a role in a retail company
・Flexible mindset strongly required
・Experience of membership communication through CRM systems, Marketing Automation is preferred.
・Experience of LINE messaging, App communication is preferred.
・Self-starter with demonstrated time management and organizational skills
・Strong ability to multi-task, follow up and manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
・Entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic
