Job Description
- Responsible for brand strategies design and execution to ensure the optimization the market presence of the products
- Acquire the qualified leads through Trade show, Specific Events and Digital collaboration
- Verify ROI especially lead generation activities then improve the activities for lead generation
- Track & manage our marketing budget periodically
- Understands customer needs, behaviors, motivational drivers and how they are influenced, knows how to segment and target customers to align the development and execution of marketing initiatives
- Responsible for the identification on development and mobilization of the key influencers to ensure optimization of advocacy for TA responsible the products
- Design, develop and implement appropriate approach to collect, assess and maintain information, draws business relevant conclusions from information
- Strategic thinks, Understands the inter-relationships of business drivers to make sound strategic decisions that build the sustainable competitive advantage of the brand
- Influencing stakeholders. Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to change perception or obtain commitment
- Gathering market data to best serve the brand strategies. Alignment of strategic business plan building blocks to fitness market research findings.
- Develop, implement and reinforce digital channel policies and standards
- Taking care of digital marketing and other functional partners, to develop and lead Customer relationship management programs
- Proactively perform web and business analytics, develop insights and share across the whole organization to amplify brand business and organizational capability development

Requirements
