HR Manager

◎Setting up and update the internal policies
・As edged professional firm for clients and employees’ happiness, the assessment and implementation on the new policy and HR infrastructure.
◎Direct Recruiting
・Establish the brand of the company in Japan HR market, also working with local and global Marketing&Communication team.
・Through above, hiring the outstanding and excellent people +20 annually as ambitious target
・Separately, management on recruiting agent

◎Employees On-boarding processes
◎Employees Off-boarding processes
◎Liaise with the external professionals, such as outsourced vendors for payroll calculation, social insurance filing etc
◎Maintain the various HR related system
・Employees databases across the global platforms
・Clock-in/Clock-out system
◎Communication window to all employees for annual procedures such as evaluation, policies, year-end tax adjustment, health check etc.
◎Others as requested and career plans


Mindset, Qualification and Experiences required as below 
◎Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
◎5 years+ HR experience
◎Japanese language as native level
◎TOEIC 700+
◎Self starter, and Strong mindset on keeping confidentiality, and fairness to secure the objectivity, keeping away from personal and private conflicts
◎Passion for growth, Eager to learn, Entrepreneurship
◎Experiences on working start-up under swiftly changing environment, multi-tasking required is plus
◎Working under multi-culture or foreign affiliated company is plus
◎Working at professional firm is plus
