・Separately, management on recruiting agent
◎Employees On－boarding processes
◎Employees Off－boarding processes
◎Liaise with the external professionals, such as outsourced vendors for payroll calculation, social insurance filing etc
◎Maintain the various HR related system
・Employees databases across the global platforms
◎Communication window to all employees for annual procedures such as evaluation, policies, year－end tax adjustment, health check etc.
◎Others as requested and career plans
Mindset, Qualification and Experiences required as below
◎Bachelor’s degree （or equivalent）
◎5 years＋ HR experience
◎Japanese language as native level
◎Self starter, and Strong mindset on keeping confidentiality, and fairness to secure the objectivity, keeping away from personal and private conflicts
◎Passion for growth, Eager to learn, Entrepreneurship
◎Experiences on working start－up under swiftly changing environment, multi－tasking required is plus
◎Working under multi－culture or foreign affiliated company is plus
◎Working at professional firm is plus
