Job Description

One of the world's most renowned consulting firms is looking for English-Japanese bilingual talent with experience running mid to large scale BPR, PMO and PMI project ( Policy Admin System, Distribution System etc). A qualified candidate must have knowledge of insurance key business processes (new business, claim and policy maintenance) , and PMO experience. Consulting background is preferable, as well as decent work experience at global insurer or system integrator can be acceptable if s/he has Industry knowledge.

Requirements

Industry Skills: Life and/or non-life insurance experiences are welcomed.

Functional Skills:
-Finance (Actuary, Investments, Management Reporting)
-Operations (New Business, Claims, etc)
-Technology (IT project delivery, Technical Architecture)

Project Management:
-Project Leader capable to manage at senior level.
-Business and/or Technology Project manager for large-scale transformation projects with team size greater than 10.
-Business Analyst with project delivery experience in Business Process Redesign and Systems Development with Functional skills as above.
-PMO

Language and Communications Skills:
As most of the clients are international insures, being a good bilingual is a must.
Developing documentations and presentations in both Japanese and English.
A couple of non English speaker are acceptable, but strong communication skills are required.
