Structure of department:
• There are about 70 people in the sales department as a whole, but because of PJ transfer to Tokyo, there is only one director in the Tokyo side.
Job Description:
• We operate electric parts and motorsmainly in domestic two wheel manufacturers (as Tier 1).
• Specifically, we will leave everything from a sales strategy planning to customer response and closing.
• Since I become a start-up member in Tokyo, I do not have subordinates at first when I join the company, but in the future I plan to ask team management according to hope and ability.
Application requirements:

• 5 years or more of sales experience in electrical component manufacturers or automotive related industries
• Business level English and Japanese ability
- Because there are many cases where correspondence with overseas customers and bosses are only foreign nationality and in-house materials in English, many English skills at the business level are essential.
• Personal computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• OEM sales experience or motor sales experience
• Technical knowledge of the motor
• Coordination with foreign countries and experiences with foreign companies
• Those who can flexibly deal with things without sticking to their own Role in order to set up sales force at Otsuka head office
• Experience in team management (including People, Budget)

• 営業部全体で70名ほどおりますが、東京への移管PJのため、東京側にはまだ部長職の者1名のみです。
• 具体的には、営業戦略のプランニングからお客様対応、クロージングまでの一連の営業工程をすべてお任せします。
• 東京での立上げメンバーになるため入社当初は部下はおりませんが、将来的によって、ご希望と能力にあわせてチームマネジメントもお願いしていく予定です。

• 電装部品メーカーまたは自動車関連業界での営業経験5年以上
• ビジネスレベルの英語力と日本語力
- 海外のお客様との対応や上司が外国籍、社内資料が英語しかないケースも多々あるため、ビジネスレベルでの英語力は必須となります。
• パソコンスキル:エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント

• OEM営業経験またはモータの営業経験
• モータの技術的な知識
• 海外との調整や外資系企業での経験
• 大塚本社での営業部隊立上げの為、自身のRoleにこだわらず、柔軟に物事を対応できる方
• チームマネジメント(People、Budget含む)の経験
