1. Account Management
Deliver Volume, NSR, EBIT & FCF growth through outstanding partner
management. Provides relevant marketing materials & shares best practice
across the region from other markets; supports the partner in delivery &
execution of agreed sales & promotional plans.
2. AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
Contributes to the development & execution of an agreed Annual Operating
Plan in cooperation with Regional Sales teams, focusing on brand distribution &
ROS to maximize our potential in market. Will occasionally evaluate investments
to maximize ROI (return on investment - where projects clear a defined hurdle
rate) and propose them to the Regional Sales team for approval.
・Required: Undergraduate degree
・Preferred: International Trade, Business, Economics
Skills and Relevant Work Experience:
・Required: Fluent in English, min 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service
functions; strong commercial acumen and knowledge of brand building;
intermediate level - operational executor, experience in Account
Management, Negotiation, Selling, Networking and can build strong credible,
trusting partner relationships.
