- Manage the relationship with the assigned Key Accounts and achieve the desired growth objectives.
– Manage assigned sales activities; achieve monthly targets.
– Operate as primary point of contact for the assigned Accounts, build and maintain strong long-lasting relationship.
– Communicate progress and identified issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
– Support marketing campaign execution and any other assigned sales related tasks.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Industry experience: consumer goods industry is highly preferred.
- Language skills: Fluent in Japanese & Business level English.
– 5 years of sales experience (minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, such as wholesale)
– Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to use CRM system.
