Job Description

The position will handle 75% accounting, 20% HR and 5% GA tasks:


- Daily accounting works (journal entry, payment to suppliers, expense reimbursement)
- Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly closing
- Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements; investing excess fund
- Forecast & Budget preparation, Investment planning.
- Work with tax advisor for various tax returns (corporate tax, consumption tax, local tax, property tax, and withholding tax)
- Ensure payroll process in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Support recruiting and hiring shop staffs, Coordinate recruit advertising
- Management of contract of temporary staffs
- Collect and maintain PC and mobile inventory
- Research and purchase office supplies
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- English communication skill (Reading & Writing is must)
- Boki 2 grade or equivalent
- Proactive attitude
- Good communication skill
- PC skills (Excel-advance, Word, Power Point)
