Job Description
• Manage all AP bookings and payments to ensure accurate AP records and timely payments
• Entry of monthly / quarterly / yearly financial closing journals
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation including cash and consumption Tax
• Month to month variance analysis
• Management of Fixed Asset data for accounting and tax filing
• Assist accounting manager with annual tax filing

Requirements
• Experience with large ERP system, SAP
• Team player and ability to build partnerships and to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
• Good communication skill in both Japanese and English
