Job Description
What's on the menu for you:

Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and correspondence
Handle business travel matters for the regional team including travel bookings and visa requirements
Point of contact for any general office matters
Maintain office condition and arrange for maintenance as necessary
Track and maintain office and pantry supply inventory
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
What you can bring to the table:

Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in a start-up/e-commerce experience preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
