As an administrative assistant, your job duties will include:
• Writing reports, summarizing data
• Create business cards
• Client/staff correspondence over phone/e-mail
• Arranging deliveries to clients such as telegrams and flowers
• Support with company greeting cards
• Expenses and invoice processing
• Assist with insurance (such as fire and overseas travel insurance)
• Negotiation with external vendors

Requirements
