Job Description
As an administrative assistant, you will support the department sales manager and general manager (both Japanese and non-Japanese).

Job responsibilities include:
- Confirming and payment processing
- Using internal system to update information received from documentations or data extraction
- Budget management
- Translation of e-mails or other documents
- Accommodate visitors
- Schedule management
- Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and practices
- Support cross-department communication
- Adhoc admin and secretarial tasks

Requirements
【応募資格】
• Native Japanese speaker with business or low business level English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills for internal and external communication
• Multi-tasking skills and flexibility

【歓迎】
• Ideal candidate will have some experience working in an international company as an administrator or in a supporting role
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, nutrition or medical devices a plus
• Prior experience using internal system for payment processing
