Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, Growth & Strategy, you will be responsible for executing complex or strategic tasks and provides operational coordination and team leadership to processes and programs that define and drive the overall strategy for growth, including organic growth, acquisitions, and partnerships. You will be partnering with HR for recruiting and development efforts, ensuring state of the practice is continually improving and delivering organizational value. Overall, you will work closely with upper management to provide advanced execution and operational coordination/team leadership of tasks and processes.

Key Role Responsibilities:
Day to day you will:
- Support and manage the strategic planning process in alignment with objectives of executives and/or board members
- Analyze internal and external research to develop recommendations for strategic development
- Develop strategies for key TC/MU/geos, geographies and/or metropolitan areas
- Present and defend options and recommendations to senior executives and other high-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Define success factors and critical milestones for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate the initial implementation and handoff of key initiatives and plans to relevant field and functional stakeholders
- Support and mentor junior colleagues on projects
- Execute project/program plans and processes in alignment with our objectives
- Coordinate work across different worksteams, processes, or projects

Preferred Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Years of Work Experience:
2 years of experience in business strategy and/or consulting

Scope of Work:
Nature of Work: Executes project/program plans and processes in alignment with established operational objectives.
Scope of Work: Work must be coordinated across different workstreams, processes, or projects.
Complexity: Complex problems that can span across work domains requiring considerable judgement of contextual factors.
Discretion: Wide latitude in approach to work within established work plans.
Organizational Impact: Work efforts have an immediate impact on us and/or client operations. If client-facing, should start to support client relationship and sales outcomes.
Supervision Received: Works under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process.
Supervision Provided: Supports more junior colleagues on work efforts, with routine supervision of work efforts. May serve as Career Advisor.
Knowledge Applied: Applies advanced knowledge of a learned occupation / discipline and basic knowledge of business operations.
