Job Description

Key Accountabilities & Specific Activities】
●Supports a team, a person, or a tribe:
-Define coaching objectives with people, teams and departments
-Understand/assess the current situation of the person, team or department in term of practices
-Agree on the success criteria for the person or team
-Coaching per profile : Business, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team, Managers
-Coaching per specialty : Product, Implementation, Tests, Specialists, Managers
-Supporting Hybrid Project(Water fall and Agile.) : Align release timing working with Product Manager and Product Owner

●Intervenes in specific lifetime events of a project, team or tribe:
- Facilitate and observe specific rituals of a project, a team or a tribe such as Roadmap creation, Value-based prioritization, Daily meetings, Risk workshops, Demos, Retrospectives…
- Help new comers to integrate a new team or tribe
- Challenge teams in order to ensure the understanding of good practices and the need for continuous improvement

●Facilitates workshops and trainings:
-Facilitate Agile workshops such as Retrospectives, Community practices…
-Facilitate Agile and Innovation games
-Train a team or a community to Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban,..)

●As a member of the Agile Center, take an active role in the continuous improvement of practices:
-Being aware of new market practices
-Suggest improvements for existing practices
-Experiment new practices

●Key Customers, Committees, and Projects:
Project Execution team, Project Sponsors and Tribe Leads

Requirements

【Requirements】
●Critical Leadership Competencies:
-Be a change leader, Persuasion skills
-Teaching skills, Communication skills
-Ability to adapt depending on the audience (Technical experts, Product managers, Heads of departments)
●Experience&Qualifications;
-4 + years Scrum Master or Product Owner experience or 4 + years Agile Coach experience
-Mastery of Agile Practices :
 >Mastery of coaching techniques and coaching stance (coach stance: listening, questioning and providing feedbacks)
 >Mastery of Product Management techniques (Product Vision, Story Mapping, Product Backlog...) and Value-based prioritization
 >Mastery of Agile project management methods and associated tools (Visual management, Agile indicators, Visual management, Agile KPI)
 >Mastery of the conception and redaction of User Stories (BDD, TDD)
 >Mastery of Scrum and Kanban practices (especially rituals such as daily meetings, retrospectives, demos...)
-Mastery of workshops organization and practices facilitation
-Mastery of Agile and Innovative games’ facilitation
*Fluent Japanese&English speaker
