Main Objectives of the Job・職務の主な目的
Leveraging all media channels and driving company presence across all media in the most creative and cost-effective manner.
The Country Assistant Media Manager is responsible for development and execution of the most innovative and strategic media plan and buying delivering maximum. The role is also responsible for the budget control, network management on media and building digital capability, with specific responsibility for media and digital agencies. The role reports into the Media manager.
Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness
Drive media costs saving delivering controlling inflation for all Media
Understanding media buying/ industry standard for the best negotiation result and managing rebate.
Drive Strategic Thinking
Deliver strategic media plan and innovation by consulting brand teams.
Explore and organize media tools, partnership and guidelines to lift the planning quality as well as improve planning efficiency.
Drive digital agenda for Brand marketing
Track, analyse and share rigorously, responsible for both global and local reporting and related inquiry.
Managing media budget and PO process.
Rigorously watch compliance of agencies. Manage evaluation, fee discussion and contract, establish the working environment which is complied with policy.
Work closely with procurement and Legal team.
3+ Years’ experience in media roles (with a Media Agency, Digital Agency or Marketer) and strong evidence of all job skills required for the Role. ・English Fluency (Written communication is must) ・Skill priority is in digital marketing
