•About the Customer Engagement Strategy & Innovation Team
•Scope out a loosely defined initiative by gathering input from relevant stakeholders
•Mobilize a cross-functional team and act as the primary project manager on key initiatives
•Represent the work to leadership and have the ability to convey the rationale, approach and impact of our activities in relevant / meaningful ways in English
•Proactively identify and address risks to budget, timelines or engagement
•Deliver high quality work on-time and ensure the expected business results are realized

•Passion for driving the change in the way we engage our customers which may include revising the way we work
•Experience working with a broad set of stakeholders, especially sales, marketing and IT on digital related initiatives

•Hyper focus on delivering quality work that has a clear and tangible business impact
•Intermediate level mastery of project management methodologies
Required experience
•2-3 years of project management experience
•3-5 years of consulting experience – additional consideration given those with relevant industry or functional (Customer Engagement) experience
•3+ years of hands-on marketing and/or sales experience in Pharma is highly desirable
Bachelor’s Degree
•English– Business level (Fluent level is highly desirable)
