Job DescriptionThis is an Associate HR Business Partner position.
HRBP's mission is to improve business performance by maximizing employee and organizational performance.
Partnering with department leaders to provide HR support to deliver results.
Associate HRBP will be engaged in analysis, data preparation and operation execution for preparation under the guidance of Senior HRBP to perform the following HRBP duties.
■ Cooperate with senior-level managers to understand business requirements and assist in planning and executing organizations and human resources strategies in line with the strategic direction of the business field.
■ Cooperate with human resources CoE functions, new or global personnel systems and personnel various measures, applied or to meet the needs of business headquarters and functional headquarters
Division and functional headquarters, a lead or supporting human resource management initiatives such as the following;
- Staff planning and management
- Training and development of employees
- Succession training
- Performance management, reward review
■ Manager of coaching, support, mentoring, conduct discussions, in order to minimize personnel risks, providing the advice and guidance for complex personnel issues
■ Promoting corporate culture transformation plans and efforts of formulation and execution
Requirements5 Years corporate experience with 2 years in HR
Ability to understand the organization's compliance and provide information and guidance
Relationship building skills
