This role is to be involved to related agenda’s as HRBP to meet the present and future business needs, through closely working with respective business leaders and members.
As a partner of the agency responsible, close to the manager, strategically solve problems as personnel, propose and implement for the growth of the organization, the company, promote business growth in general.
Activity plan implementation / support occurred the future countermeasure preparation
unique to each agency Planning / follow-up / permeation of measures taken throughout the business
The Human Resources Division is divided into four teams of 16 people including the General Manager (Payroll & HR Operations, Diversity & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBP)
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or higher
Fluent Japanese with Business level English
HR Specialist or Generalist background is okay.
