Job DescriptionThis is a Associate HRBP position.
Business Partner: Proactively builds good working relationship with client group and seeks to understand their business challenges.
•Recruitment/ Selection: Attends “recruitment contracting meetings” after having pre-discussed the case with the senior HR BP. Agrees with line- & Recruitment Manager on the recruitment strategy, the functional level of the position, the remuneration frame and level of involvement in each case. Ensures induction of new hires.
•Reward: In consultation with senior HR BP supports line in role profiling and job grading. Supports senior HR BP in the salary review process. Explains company HR policies and benefits to employee.
•Performance Management: Coached by the senior HR BP advises client group on PM system and contributes to establish a quality monitoring approach.
•Development: Advises line managers as well as employees on developmental tools (training courses, opportunities for developmental assignments, etc).
•Organizational Development: Supports senior HR BP in change management initiatives.
•International Assignment Management: Supports senior HR BP in handling international transfers.
•HR Processes: Supports senior HR BP in operating the HR processes and systems related to en-try, development, retention and release of employees. Identifies needs/ opportunities for HR process changes, participates in projects driving HR process improvements as well as in projects tailoring global new processes to local needs. Leads sub- groups as appropriate and ensures implementation. Runs exit interviews coached by the senior HR BP.
•Networking: Establishes and maintains good working relationship with internal service functions, e.g. pension fund, company’s doctor, social service. Actively contributes to the local HR network as a team player.
•Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures
•100% timely delivery of all training requirements including compliance
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or higher
Fluent japanese with Business English
2 or more years experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
