Job Description
• Together with the team, create a marketing strategy by providing insights on marketing trends, customer preferences, and other key learnings from various researches
• Develop launch readiness plan and commercial activity plan, working in close collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs functions, Global HQ as well as partner companies.
• Plan and execute marketing activities
• Plan and execute primary market researches and analyze secondary market data

• A university degree in business or other relevant science
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience from the pharmaceutical industry
• Has solid experience in CNS and pharmaceutical marketing
• Proven abilities in product strategy development and market analysis
• Proven track record in implementing strategy
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent Japanese and Business level English
