BPA Manager

They are world-renowned and have achieved continual success in Europe, the US, and Asia, for more than 70 years. They are looking for a Business Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team.

Job Description
- Prepare global/internal reporting (e.g. Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Forecasts, Budgeting)
- Provide financial analysis and support Japan functions
- Conduct Gross to Net analysis
- Support ad hoc information requests, projects and analysis from a financial perspective to inform decision making and drive process improvements
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Key interfaces include: CFO, Commercial BPAs, Corporate BPA, Accounting, Financial control

University degree in economics, business, or related field
- Background/Experience (+3 years) in Finance/Accounting preferred
- Advanced level of Japanese & English language skills (Spoken and Written)
- Experience operating financial reporting and forecasting systems
- Excellent analytical ability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable around Senior Management
