Job Description
Sales performance

-Deliver budget: monthly and yearly one
-Work closely with GM to fix monthly target per store
-Determine and communicate individual and team sales goals and hold field team accountable for results
-Analyze weekly business and communicate clearly key priorities to field team
-Work closely with Marketing team to set up Local marketing plans, events, specific by store to improve performances

Management of field team

-Guide Sales Development Manager(s) (SDM) and Counter Managers (CM) to get their team to reach sales goals
-Conduct MJSF (My journey so far) monthly performance review of SDM & CM
-Set monthly individual staff target (CM & BA)
-Monthly review performance of team members (CM & BA) together with SDM and Training Manager by holding monthly meeting
-Retain people and make sure field staff turnover is below 30%
-Work with GM on staffing levels based on productivity
-Calculate monthly salary of field staff. Work closely with GM and HR from LVMH P&C
-Work closely with HR about recruitment headcount application, contract explanation and other HR related matters (annual & sick leave, warning letter, medical follow up)
-Final recruiter for field staff after screening of candidates by SDM or CM
-Ensure that all counters are appropriately staffed with the right people in a timely manner: Final check on roster of counters
-Organize the pool & roster of part-time
-Control all store expenses with the support of the operation team


-Customer Service

Ensure the field team is applying the Benefit Cosmetics sales steps injected of brand DNA
Work closely with the training team to ensure that the field staff is dully trained on Benefit Cosmetics sales and services technique
Model a Benefit customer service standard in order to provide a great experience for customers
Resolve customer issues and requests in an efficient and quick manner!


Work on the field

-Lead by example and demonstrate the ABC on the field
-Teach, coach, motivate and develop the field staff
-Work closely with Training Manager to review staff performance and fix priorities of staff to be grow and trained
-Make sure operations matters are smooth with field team
-Ensure store tidiness, the right execution of VM, new launch display, collateral placement, etc...
-Work closely with operations team to make sure stock are sufficient in stores
-Build commitment of team and high expectations in self and others
-Follow company and store policies on operation and HR procedures

Requirements
-6 years Retail experience
-Minimum 3 years' management experience
-Cosmetics experience preferred
-Proven sales and service track record
-Highly organized and ability to plan tasks
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Human relationships ability to work and inspiring people
-Interpersonal skills in customer service
-Ability to analyze and manage budget for further development
-Proficient computer skills
-Flexibility regarding work hours
