Job Description
As the brand ambassador, you will improve the brand image through a professional service mindset and handling customers with outstanding service. Your job responsibilities include handling customer inquiries over phone, e-mail and online, cooperating with local teams (boutique staff, logistics, sales, repair team), on any inquires on products, whether it be general product information, or anything related to post-purchase. Training will of course be provided.

• High communication skills verbally and in writing
• Good interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented approach with a sales-mind
• Able to work in a multicultural environment
• Be able to handle problems, have flexibility to handle different tasks and have an eagerness to learn

• Experience in customer service, sales staff or cell centers
• Industry background in luxury goods, hotel industry, high-end fashion, call center industry or e-commerce related field
• At least Conversational English in both speaking and writing
• Fast PC typing skills
