Job Description
The role is focused on Soft Goods Marketing for Japan / Korea / China + South East Asia markets. You will be in charge of creating consumer storytelling for the entire category, leading all SG marketing for the Region with focus on Japan. You will collaborate w/ the strategy with team, lead marketing and story development for Asia marketing material, create marketing plans with Advertising, PR, Digital, Retail.
Create consumer and customer storytelling for all activities and trade shows. Collaborate with Product Design and Merchandising teams for Marketing story telling. Create 360 degree marketing plans that drive sell-through and build the brand. Give clear briefings to Ad agencies to create apparel & accessories brand image visuals. Work with Merchandising to create consumer-relevant concepts and stories.

・5 years+ Advertising agency management experience.
・5 years+ of experience in performance apparel marketing (in brand or in Agencies).
・Experience across multiple marketing functions (Adv, PR, Digital, Retail, etc.) a huge plus.
・Good communication skills to explain their ideas clearly and persuasively.
・Open-minded and with a collaborative attitude.
・Ability to travel within Asia (10%).
