Job Description
1. Lead, inspire, and collaborate with local and global teams to develop marketing plan that drives the business goals
2. Manage and track key KPIs of the category
3. Lead team to build integrated new product launch campaigns
4. Coach and develop a team of 2 with different levels of marketing experience

• Minimum 2 years of Brand Managing experience (From top line P&L management, strategy building, )
• Minimum 5 years of consumer brand/product marketing experience (Experience in media strategy planning and execution, BTL, etc)
• Multi-functional Project lead experience of bringing strategy in life is a must.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese, both spoken and written
