The position engages in the local scope and collaborates with  ACC, FPA and Business Controllers supporting other functions in business office.

 Take responsibility for legal entity accounting 
 In close cooperation and coordination with local business operations, including local Functions and Business controls, be proactive with the objective to avoid potential risks related to finance and/or tax
 Be fully updated about the business situation and inform relevant stakeholders about issues that could impact the company from a financial and/or tax perspective
 Envision and lead efforts to continue maturing the finance organization so that they scale both efficiently and effectively; while ensuring that appropriate controls continue to be structured 
 Oversee the Project control organization with currently 4 staffs, including both technical and transactional finance functions
 Become a partner closely with head of each manufacturing unit and head of engineering to support and grow the business and ensure that best finance principles are followed
 Secure visibility of the finance organization and accountability
 Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of reporting on each operational unit, inventory and investment and support Business Control Director
 Implement full analysis with operational data and financial data in terms of one-time, productivity, capacity utilization, risks and potential improvement area
 Monitor, oversee, and manage total operation cost, product cost and identify impact to operational cost
 Together with ACC responsible/Chief Accountant, secure financial and tax compliance and good support to local business operations
 Ad-hoc requests from Business Control director and other executives if any


 Solid experience from finance (controlling, accounting or similar)
 Experience in manufacturing environment
 Experience on cost calculation/cost analysis and standard costing advantage
 Proven ability to demonstrate a clear vision and successful leadership on Leading Leaders level
 Excellent in networking and people management
 Management experience from Leading Leaders
 Proven experience in managing change
