Today, the business expansion in leads to the need of a strong talent to be in charge of the C&B strategy. They are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. Working directly under the HR Head, you would be responsible for the oversight of the Company’s C&B strategy, salary benchmark and be an authority for C&B policies; all while staying current on employment trends.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• In charge for C&B strategy.
• Leading ideas supporting Cost analysis and budget control
• Leader of the C&B system, maintain database
• In charge of the HR budget, expenses control and trend forecasting.
• Create salary benchmarks of the market, salary survey as required to set up a competitive C&B structure.
• Evaluate external market data as well as internal data of the organization to develop salary budgets and ensure the consistency with the organization's reward strategy
• End-year tax adjustments
• Update and prepare relevant report regularly as management or corporate requires
