Job Description
As a C & B manager, you will be mainly responsible for payroll vendor control (from monthly to yearly).

And salary and bonuses, severance pay calculation, the end of adjustment, etc., operations business related to the payroll
vendor control
and business improvement proposal and the process management
involved in and salary-house inquiries, etc.

Requirements
・ 3 or more years experience of C & B vendor control with more than 1000 employees
・ Analyze issues for issues and cooperate with surroundings The ability to derive the optimal solution based on hypothesis and verification
・ The ability to have precise accuracy and the ability to solve problems while creating good relationships with stakeholders
・ The flexibility to respond with interest to new things
・ Experience in charge of monthly salary check and business improvement by yourself
