Job Description Provide professional assistance for business leaders and HR partners to manage compensation plans effectively
Manage compensation risk assessment tasks while ensuring corporate governance requirements
Organize compensation change processes aligning with HR partners and manage day-to-day data transactions with Workday
Perform statistical analysis and present reports to help decision making to achieve organizational goals
Participate in domestic and international HR strategic initiatives to contribute in many ways from C&B perspectives
Conduct compensation and benefits surveys and analyze potential needs to update current structures
Partner with HR shared service and benefit administration units, maintain benefit programs including pension plans
Requirements At least 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits professional role with multinational organization
Experience in job evaluation, market survey, and compensation structure design
Ability to work under pressure in a large and fast-paced multinational organization and regularly re-prioritize to complete tasks
Advanced English and Japanese communication skills
