Job Description
 Provide professional assistance for business leaders and HR partners to manage compensation plans effectively
 Manage compensation risk assessment tasks while ensuring corporate governance requirements
 Organize compensation change processes aligning with HR partners and manage day-to-day data transactions with Workday
 Perform statistical analysis and present reports to help decision making to achieve organizational goals
 Participate in domestic and international HR strategic initiatives to contribute in many ways from C&B perspectives
 Conduct compensation and benefits surveys and analyze potential needs to update current structures
 Partner with HR shared service and benefit administration units, maintain benefit programs including pension plans

 At least 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits professional role with multinational organization
 Experience in job evaluation, market survey, and compensation structure design
 Ability to work under pressure in a large and fast-paced multinational organization and regularly re-prioritize to complete tasks
 Advanced English and Japanese communication skills
