Job Description
This is a C&B and Payroll Manager opportunity
- Managing the overall payroll processing and social insurance relation in line with company pay rise, incentive and bonus scheme
- Job grading and salary reviewing
- Monitoring company benefits program, including life insurance, defined contribution, pensions, retirement allowance, developing new welfare systems and oversee implementations.
-Managerial supervision and training of subordinates, 1 employee.

Requirements
Payroll experience within foreign affiliated companies
3 years or more managing subordinates, giving guidance, evaluations and training
Labor law, social insurance and tax knowledge
Fluent Japanese with Business English abilities.
