Job Description
• Evaluating, planning and administering compensation and benefit plans
• Administration of the annual compensation process
Budget management, remuneration level studies, payroll revisions, bonus processes, scheme revisions, etc.
• Administration of payroll and bonus calculation processes, overtime management and payroll management.
• Management of HR related systems (time and attendance, payroll, HR management) and external vendors
• Work with the APACHR team and participate in projects

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor; Basic knowledge of labor laws and related laws
• Working Experience: Payroll, social insurance and attendance management (more than 2 years)
• Preferable: Experience of revision of work rules, personnel system, payroll systems and personnel evaluation system operation
• English: TOEIC 600, reading, writing and presentation
