- Supporting the CEO Assistant and be the contact person for overseas directors.
- Schedule meetings and conference calls
- Organize domestic and overseas travel and accommodation bookings
- Booking restaurant for client dinner/event
- Prepare greeting/invitation letters
- Understand importance of confidentiality

Requirements
- English at least Business and Native Japanese
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and workflows, and meet deadlines
