1) Client Database Management, Analysis And Enhancement
· review CRM system needs with user feedback, and work with HQ CRM on system enhancement projects.
· report to HQ on client insight and analysis
· Based on data segmentation and analysis from client insight , KPI setting and analysis to drive CRM initiatives to either acquire or retain customers
2) Client Development Activities To Support KPI Goal
· Provide support to the store team to enhance the client development KPI
· Prepare monthly KPI reports to store and management, monitor the KPI on track with their target
· Implement all-in-one list to support stores/sales associate and simplify store operations
· Measure effectiveness on clienteling activities and in store events
· Generate client list by applying precise and effective targeting model
3) Client Insights
· Support strategic vision and share client insights
· Investigate business opportunities and client purchasing behavior, e.g. client repurchase behavior
· Monitor and alert the market changes and propose corresponding strategic actions
· Identify potential clients for event and clienteling action, eg. potential VICs, potential exotic clients and potential new clients etc.
· Training for store team to reinforce CRM knowledge
