Job Description
- Formulate CRM strategies to acquire new customers
- Enhance customer retention and loyalty based on customer data
- Execute and supervise PDCA cycle from strategy planning to implementation and analysis
- Implement and monitor CRM plans - both online and offline

- At least 5 years of managerial experience
- Experience in cosmetics industry
- CRM experience in a multi-channel brand both in-store and e-commerce
- Digital marketing experience
- Customer oriented and good teamwork skills
- Good communication skills in Japanese & English (at least business level)
- PC Skills: Word, Excel, PPT
