Support sales & marketing team to perform business activities efficiently, including but not limited to the
- Research on Life Insurance product information, Underwriting, and Actuarial information
- Translate materials
- Maintain and update the pricing document, client visit report and any other documents required.
- Support marketing personnel to create offers and to perform marketing activities.
- Lead to manage CRM system ; communicate with other parties concerned..
- Support visitors from HQ or other locations.
- Manage visitor’s schedule and logistics for client visits and internal meetings.
- Support for meeting; manage meeting schedule, prepare materials and create minutes of meeting.
- Liaise and collaborate with Japan Corporate Communication team to conduct marketing events,
seminars, and the other company events.
- Liaise with all other department persons concerned to share information and to build a good working
- Good English communication skills (verbal and writing)
- PC skills
- Customer oriented and Team oriented
- Highly organized (meet deadlines and and maintain confidentiality)
Preferred Qualifications (but not required)
- Knowledge of life insurance and/or reinsurance and/or work experience in insurance or financial industry
- Experience in a marketing support and/or sales support role
- Professional skills of interpreting and/or translating
- Open, honest and a cooperative mindset; ability to effectively participate in, and help foster, a team
based work environment
