Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Customer support services
* Support for escalation from team members
* Design and improve business flow and operations
* Introduction and operation of CS tools in Japan
•Management operations
* Team building including recruitment, training and evaluation of members
* Design and tune the target KPI
* Work with other departments
- Submission of customer feedback reports to head office

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 5 years of manager experience
- English business level
- Experience in customer support (B2B, B2C) at Call Centers
- Experience in the logistics and transportation industry

Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
