It currently has offices in France, Germany, and Japan.
Being the guarantor of the customer happiness in Japan :
- Overlooking our customer service to meet the high standards of Japan : quality
control and customer satisfaction.
- Creating retention and increasing the lifetime subscription average.
- Monitoring and reporting every month KPIs to France (daily number of tickets,
monthly return boxes, churn rate, lifetime box subscription average)
> Managing the operations team (3 people) :
