1. Develop sales strategy and execution plan by assessing market demand and potential
2. Develop sales strategy and tactics of retail channels
3. Determine sales target numbers with VP of Sales and deliver sales numbers every quarter
4. Develop/Manage the relationship with local distributors and resellers and strategic customers
5. Explore new and right partners and sales ideas to grow business
6. Work with IT solution providers to create and deliver solution for enterprise customers
7. Analyze the 360 degree consumer/customer behavior and accommodate local sales strategy based on the data analytics
8. Control inventory level of products
9. Maintain the customer support structure of product
10. Work and communicate closely with other members in teams at HQ and in Japan.
1. 5+ years of direct experience in retail. Consumer electronics sales management preferred.
2. Passionate about VR/AR/Telecom industry and future technology.
3. Track record of strong sales performance.
4. Strategic and logical thinking but with result-oriented execution ability.
5. Ability to work across team members and embrace the diversity.
6. Language skill: Japanese (Native Level), English or Mandarin (Business Level).
