職務内容 The Position

The role will be primarily focus on planning appropriate and attractive salary, bonus and benefits and propose strategic and professional knowledge to management. Build first class compensation practices, providing to the corporate customer. 

- Creating salary adjustment plans at the ascending / descending stage based on the internal guidelines and internal balance and propose to the HRBP
- Ensure a fair and competitive remuneration system
- Perform a remuneration survey and analyze the results
- Creating consistency with the market level and also match the expectations and requirements of the group
- To manage annual salary review and performance bonus'
- To investigate market trends and propose a fair and competitive salary increase rate
- to prepare recommendation sheets and to distribute to each section manager.

- Experience within a C&B function
- Basic knowledge on tax and social insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Data analysis ability 
- Fluent in Japanese and business English ability
