This is a Compensation specialist position.
- This role contributes as a specialist to all levels of leadership in Japan with collaboration with HR team locally and APAC team for Compensation related projects.
- This position takes control for the annual compensation reviews and total reward management, global mobility and supporting other HR staff.
- The compensation specialist will develop and maintain plan documentation for annual compensation plans, and support annual merit and incentive program cycles, salary planning and bonus cycles.
3 year or more experience within compensation
Experience with using HR systems
Working on global projects
